Rovinj brings the best of the Adriatic: a vibrant harbor, pastel-colored houses rising above the sea, narrow cobblestone streets that will pique your curiosity at every turn, and a creative spirit shaped by artists, fishermen, and centuries of maritime life. It’s a place where you can slow down, reconnect, and rediscover inspiration simply by walking along the waterfront or exploring the old town’s hidden corners.
Motovun, on the other hand, is perched high above the Mirna Valley and offers an entirely different experience—quieter, more rustic, and deeply rooted in tradition. The medieval walls, stone gateways, and panoramic views create a perfect setting for rest, learning, and team bonding. Add world-famous truffles, local wine varieties like Teran and Malvazija, amazing fresh pasta and a landscape that feels untouched by time, and you’ve got the ideal partner to Rovinj’s lively coastal vibe.
Together, Rovinj and Motovun offer two complementary sides of Istria: one shaped by the sea, the other by hills and vineyards, making them a perfect match for a meaningful team-building getaway.
Our group set off for Rovinj on a sunny Friday morning, starting the day with delicious seafood before diving into a fun Polaroid photo scavenger hunt across the old town. Divided into small groups, they completed creative challenges, explored landmarks, and competed for local prizes. The atmosphere was full of laughter, sunshine, and positivity.
The evening continued in the same mood as our group had a cozy local dinner, which turned into a lively party with live music, dancing, and incredible energy—the kind of night that brings colleagues closer and creates memories that last.
On Saturday, the team traveled to Motovun for a guided walking tour through its historic hilltop streets, followed by a truffle-inspired lunch on a sunny terrace. Luckily, our visit coincided with the Teran & Truffle Festival, allowing everyone to enjoy tastings, local shopping, and one more round of sunshine before heading home. Relaxed, connected, and full of great impressions!
