Returning the bike
  1. Download the mobile app. Depending on the mobile phone you have, the app is available in Google Play and the App Store. Register on the app. Enter your first and last name, e-mail address and phone number.
  2. To activate your account, you must enter a valid means of payment – credit or debit card or PayPal account. Upon registration, you will be charged 5 EUR; this amount will be immediately added to your account and can be used at any time. The amount does not expire.

  4. The subscription can be paid for in the app in the menu under Wallet/Purchase subscription.

  1. In the app, select the "Rent a bike" option and scan the QR code on the bike. There is also an option to enter the bike number manually.
  2. The app triggers the unlocking of the bike, which is now available for use. You are ready to ride your bike!
  3. You can also reserve your bike before your ride if you wish. In the app, select the desired station and click the "Reserve" icon. Reservations are valid for 10 minutes. 
  4. If you need to take a short break or are running an errand, your bike can be parked temporarily. Keep in mind – the time the bike is parked count towards the rental.

  1. The bike must always be returned to an official Nomago Bikes Ljubljana station.
  2. Dock the bike to the docking station to complete the rental successfully.
  3. Lock the lock under the seat and wait for the sound signal.
  4. Are all the docking stations occupied? No problem. In case there is no free docking at the station, park your bike between two parked bikes and lock the lock manually.

Minors over the age of 14 are allowed to open a user account with written permission of a parent or legal guardian based on a completed form.

 Parents or users who are minors can apply for registration together with the form in person at the point of sale or by email.
