BicikEL is a public electric bike-sharing system connecting municipalities across the Ljubljana Urban Region. With a network of conveniently located stations, it offers an easy and sustainable way to commute, run errands or explore the region by bike. Rent an e-bike using the app or your Urbana card and easily combine your ride with public transport and P+R facilities.

Users aged 14 to 17 may create a user account with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian by submitting the completed consent form.
Parents or underage users can submit the registration application together with the completed form in person at a point of sale or by email.
