Instructions for use

1. Download the app and register

To use the bike rental system, download the mobile app (App Store, Google Play), sign up and activate your account by entering a valid payment method. Upon signing up, you will be charged 5 EUR, which will be added to your account balance and can be used for future rental costs without expiry.

2. Unlock a bike

In the app, select the "Rent a bike" option and scan the QR code on the bike or manually enter the bike number. Attention! The lock will open automatically, so never activate your rental from a distance.
Check that the lock under the seat has successfully unlocked. If it hasn’t, physically unlock it by moving the handle upwards.
Pull the unlocked bike out of the docking station.

3. Returning a rented bike

Always return the bike to an official station. To complete the rental successfully, insert the bike into the docking station, lock the lock under the seat and wait for the sound signal (two beeps).
If there are no free docking stations, place the bike next to the occupied docking stations and lock the lock under the seat.
If the lock does not lock or your minutes are still running, check and move the rear wheel and re-lock the lock by pushing the handle down.
If the lock locks but your minutes are still running, check that the bike is correctly inserted into the docking station (unlock the bike again if necessary) and try again.
You can check the successful completion of the rental in the app.

Attention! In case your rental minutes are still running in the app, the bike has not been returned correctly and your rental has not been completed!

4. Drive safely

Observe all traffic regulations and ride safely while using the bike.
